From the Atlantic Ocean we will travel from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River to the marshes of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, sailing through traditional and innovative gastronomy based on local produce, worldwide flavours and aromas with their own history.

We will set out on a voyage, a return trip from Sanlúcar, to circumnavigate 500 years of the history of a port where worlds and flavours met and fused.
