375 years of history provide a lot of scope for a lot of vertical samples. One such session, the main event, will be led by grand master Julián Chivite at Gastronomika.
The Navarra winery, over three hundred years old, will be celebrating its history at Gastronomika with one exclusive tasting session with a selection of vintages of its most emblematic wines, the "Colección 125".
It will be led by Julián Chivite López, executive chairman of J. Chivite Family Estates, and César Muñoz, the winery's enologist. A toast to their 375th anniversary.
