Taúlla, evolution of a paprika mill

For an understanding of the evolution of a paprika mill to a restaurant with a sampling menu.
Chef Rodi Fernández will be explaining how Taúlla has evolved since he has been in charge of the restaurant at a former paprika mill (1925) in Murcia's Espinardo district. Fernández will cook three of his star recipes, and will show how the outlet has developed in Murcia as a leading exponent of both modern and local cuisine.
