A sensorial trip to Majorca with the products of this Mediterranean island: "ensaimada" pastry, cured "sobrasada" sausage, oil, wines etc.
The wine and oil denominations of origin complement both the most traditional creations and the most ultramodern. The "IGP" Protected Geographical Identifications of ensaimada, almonds and sobrasada produce a harmonious sweet and savoury combination in the most surprising recipes.
Majorca's extensive range of recipes is an invitation to sample a singular and varied Mediterranean cuisine marked out by the seasons and rooted in tradition, with the additional attraction of local culture during a visit to the territory.
The three gastronomic proposals by the ASCAIB chefs will give us the chance to visit Majorca for a culinary experience with the island's most emblematic products.
