A number of the Gastro Navarra Talent Award winners will be at Gastronomika to demonstrate the power of gastronomy in the Kingdom of Navarra.
The catering industry recently emerging in Navarra will be present at San Sebastian Gastronomika with an event to show off its pinchos, cookery and wine expertise. Gastro Navarra Talent Award winners Leandro Gil, chef at the Alma restaurant, and Valeria Gamper, sommelier at the Molino de Urdániz restaurant, will lead the activity, and will be accompanied by professionals from the Baserriberri restaurant, which won an award for the autonomous community's best pincho bar.
