The creator of 2022's best apple tart will be revealed in the wake of a debate by a professional jury panel working in parallel with another popular jury of haute cuisine enthusiasts, who will issue a verdict on this dessert based on such an international fruit as the apple. 

Last year's winner, the Carbón Negro restaurant (Madrid), will soon be passing on the torch.
