The new journey of Enigma

The genius from L’Hospitalet opened the new Enigma in June, an evolution of the former Tickets adapted to the needs he has detected in the new post-pandemic clientele.

Albert Adrià returns to Gastronomika to tell us how these first few months have gone in his umpteenth project. Enigma reopened its doors last June as a restaurant adapted to the “tardeo”, it’s like a Tickets with a little Heart and ruling out the night in order to promote the afternoons.

A space with no tasting menu, with lunch time and afternoon schedules coexisting in a space which does remind us of the first Enigma in its contents, with which Adrià earned one Michelin star. Will he earn another now “in the afternoon”?
