Landscapes of Osip and Somerset

English chef Merlin Labron-Johnson is at Gastronomika to adapt France's gastronomic classicism to the more local gastronomy of the English county Somerset.

With a baggage of years at historical classic French and Belgian restaurants, Merlin Labron-Johnson has now found success with a more casual cuisine, albeit technical and respectful, in the most rural part of England, a small village in Somerset. There, far from London, where he earned a Michelin star, he concentrates on the countryside around him, and makes use of it to present it to diners.

Osip has a Michelin star and has captured gastronomic attention in southwest England, where diners have found that they can eat the surroundings at this restaurant. A talk representing a trip to the English countryside through his recipes, with the utmost respect for local produce and presentations.
