Pablo Rivero takes us into biomimetics, the method used to develop regenerative livestock. Biomimetics is exactly the opposite of what mankind does or has been doing for thousands of years and then accentuated it with techno-capitalism in the food industry. The impact of industrialisation in the animal’s instinct also ends up having an impact on its environment, the next step being degradation.
