The Larrabetzu genius will be at Gastronomika on this occasion in an attempt to explain the corporate complex he has created. Atxa, who has just rolled out his  new brand NKO - a Basque-Japanese fusion - at Bilbao's Hotel Radisson, will be talking about the upcoming second NKO he is about to open in Madrid.

He will also dwell on how he organises the management of his two brands, Basque - operating in Sevilla, Lisbon and Brussels - and Eneko - in Larrabetzu, Tokyo and Lisbon (he also operated these in Bilbao and London, where a reopening date is still pending) - and also the parent restaurant Azurmendi, the online shop, and the catering and banquets service.
