Ceviche's trip

Peru’s two most powerful internationally known brands come together in Gastronomika. Chef Gastón Acurio returns to the San Sebastián congress after his visit in 2016, when he received the Homage Award, to talk about ceviche.

Gastón Acurio is the culinary emblem of Peru and the precursor of the gastronomic revolution in the American country. Although he is still in charge of several restaurants all over the world, Acurio is seen in public less. His mastery, however, continues to be listened to, and such will be the case this year at Gastronomika. 

In San Sebastián, the genius from Lima will talk about ceviche, his alter ego, the dish that he himself helped to export, and today, is present in the menus of restaurants all over the world. A lecture to take note of and learn about the evolution of ceviche, the emblem of Peru, by Acurio.
