The world of lobsters in Formentera

Nandu Jubany has fallen in love with Formentera and the virtues of its sea, where he pays tribute to them on the island itself from his restaurant Es Còdol Foradat.

Es Còdol Foradat is a beach front restaurant located on Formentera’s Migjorn beach and has been managed by the skilled hands of Nandu Jubany since 2020. Based on the gastronomic concept of his restaurant, the Catalan chef will give a master class on one of the star products from the sea of Formentera: lobster. 

By preparing a trilogy of lobster dishes, Jubany will transport us to the warm waters of the Balearic Islands.
