Constructing paths from Amelia

The figure of the chef on many occasions is to be both cook and entrepreneur. We will address this issue with Paulo Airaudo in his conference.

The Argentinian chef based in San Sebastián will speak about his existing businesses, but also about those of the past and the future. Airaudo will tell us about his way of working, organising, of creating new businesses using Amelia as a reference, the place from where he incubates and brings to life to the rest of his projects.

On this entrepreneurial journey he will not forget to present some of his most representative dishes.
